Well, I am an urban sharecropper.
I am growing a fair sized garden in the yard of a friend nearby.
I started it in late May. The rabbits have been a problem, and got most of my corn, but I fenced the entire plot in with chickenwire, and replanted the corn. I hope it can grow fast enough to harvest this fall.
I will be posting observations and ideas from my gardening notebook starting on Monday... stay tuned.
